ClearOne has added eight new bundled conferencing solutions to its COLLABORATE Versa lineup.
The collection of microphones and cameras has been introduced to provide optimised audio and video performance for conference rooms and personal office spaces. The new additions aim to enable businesses of all sizes and budgets to implement dynamic conferencing capabilities that might have been previously prohibitively expensive, including automatic voice tracking, face tracking and echo cancellation.
Derek Graham, CEO at ClearOne, commented:
The new lineup of COLLABORATE Versa solutions offers an ideal package for every small-to-medium sized conferencing space or personal office, giving business owners and IT staff mission-specific options that ensure maximum value, utility and performance in any room."
Two powerful but cost-effective conference room-specific solutions are being added, the first of which is the COLLABORATE Versa Room CT 160. This product utilises the USB audio-enabled Beamforming Ceiling Tile (BMA CT), which delivers automatic echo cancellation, noise cancellation and adaptive microphone steering. The UNITE® 160 4K camera offers AI-controlled video auto-framing and intelligent face tracking with 12x optical zoom.
The second meeting room-specific offering is the COLLABORATE Versa Room CT, which is tailored for rooms where camera zoom is less critical but needs a wider angle. This offers the same audio quality using the BMA CT but swaps in a UNITE 60 4K camera for a wider 120-degree field of view with 3x digital zoom. All automated functions are also included.
There are six solutions added for small offices or personal spaces. A straightforward solution that can be used on the go is the COLLABORATE Versa 20. which uses a 1080p UNITE 20 Pro Webcam with a CHAT® 50 portable personal speakerphone. The 100-degree wide-angle camera can be secured to a display or monitor using a dampening clip. For BYOD flexibility, the COLLABORATE Versa 20 Plus adds a Versa USB Hub providing USB connections for peripheral devices to room PC or laptops.
Other solutions include the COLLABORATE Versa 160, which gives small-to-medium rooms plug-and-play connectivity with HD video and quality audio to enhance the BYOD meeting room experience, and the COLLABORATE Versa 60, which includes a wide-angle UNITE 60 4K camera instead of a UNITE 160 4K PTZ.
Among the more advanced solutions are the COLLABORATE Versa Pro 160. With ClearOne's Ceiling Microphone Array, CONVERGE® Huddle DSP mixer and UNITE 160 4K PTZ camera, this solution aims to improve BYOD experiences for flexible use rooms. It includes AI processing that can track an individual or frame an entire group for framing and focus. The COLLABORATE Versa Pro 60 offers the same audio standard but involves a broader field of view via the UNITE 60 4K camera.
Graham added: "Whether a company is upgrading technology in existing spaces, opening a new location or undergoing construction and design changes, these packaged solutions can help them quickly and efficiently deploy industry-leading audio and video quality combined with powerful special features that make hosting meetings easier than ever."
ClearOne's solutions can support all major collaboration platforms, including Teams, Google Meet, GoToMeeting, Webex and Zoom. ClearOne's UNITE cameras were Zoom-certified last year, a milestone in ClearOne underlining its position as a market leader in conferencing and collaboration solutions.
